Return Policy

Cancellation Of Order Before Dispatch

1. Any Product/S Purchased From Our Website Can Be Returned To Biocrross Only If It Is The Same Product Which Was Supplied By Biocrross & Is In Seal-Pack Condition. If Your Mind Changes, The Product Cannot Be Canceled / Exchanged After Payment Is Made To Biocrross.

2. We Ensure Proper Packing With Bubble Plastic / Thermocol Packing. If A Customer Receives A Physically Damaged Product Then The Customer Has To Provide Unboxing Video (Starting From The Package Received From Courier) For Replacement Of The Product. However, If The Product Is Manufacturing Defect Then Biocrross Will Replace The Defective Product, But The Courier Cost Will Have To Be Borne By The Customer. The Product Warranty As Per Manufacturer Policy, Will Be Covered Directly From The Respective Service Centers / Respective Manufacturer / Company / Importer / Vendor. Biocrross Is Not Responsible For Warranty Replacement Beyond The Period Of 10 Days After Receipt Of Product/S. This Varies From Product To Product & Warranty Period. The Warranty Details Are Mentioned In The Respective Listing Of Each Product.

3. Users Shall Be Entitled To Cancel An Order Of Any Product, Booked On The Website, By Placing A "Cancel Order" Request Option Provided On The Website Before Making Payment.

4. There Is No Cancellation / Exchange Of Order / Product Or Refund Of The Amount After Payment Is Made To Biocrross.

5. If Biocrross Would Not Be Able To Dispatch The Product Within 5 Working Days And In Near Future & If Customer Asks For Refund, Biocrross Will Provide Refund Of The Full Amount.

6. The User Shall Ensure That He/She Does Not Accept The Delivery Of Any Product Whose Original Packaging Is Damaged Or Tampered In Any Manner.

7. We Will Accept The Return Of The Products, Provided Such Return Is For Products That Are Wrongly Delivered, Wrong Product, Incomplete Package Etc Reverse Shipment Cannot Be Arranged By Us Due To Unavailability Of Our Logistics Partners, Then In That Case You Are Requested To Send Such Products Through Any Available Courier Services.

8. The Charges Of Return Shipment Are Not Refunded By Us. The Customer Has To Pay The Charges From Their Side.

9. If The Courier Opened By The Customer And If He/She Wants To Return The Product Then They Cannot Replace The Product Nor Refund Will Be Given To The Customer According To Our Policy.

10. Your Ordered Digital Key (Activation Key Via Email) From Our Online Portal, If Any Problem Occurs During The Activation Then Warranty Will Not Be Covered From Our Side. The Warranty Is From The Respective Manufacturer So You Have To Contact Their Respective Service Centers / Vendors. In The Case Of Cancellation Of An Order Of Digital Key In That Case, We Do Not Provide A Refund To The Customer.

Refund Procedure

Credit Card, Net Banking, Debit Card = 7 To 15 Days

We Will Process The Refund After Receipt Of The Product.

Refund Will Be Processed Based On The Mode Of Payment Of The Order Processed Through Credit Card / Debit Card Will Reflect In The Next 7 To 15 Days In Credit Card/ Bank Statement.

Refund Draft Will Be Issued On The Billing Name As Advised By Customers.

If Your Refund Doesn't Appear In Your Account, And The Processing Time For Your Payment Method Has Passed, Contact Customer Care For Further Assistance.
